Everyone is welcome to attend our monthly meetings.
What are the requirements for becoming a Board Member?
Individuals who can donate some "time and energy" to help improve our community. You must be available (1) to attend monthly board of directors meeting (held on the third thursday of every month), (2) to head up and coordinate events and projects for specific committees, and (3) you MUST be current in your HOA dues.
Three new directors are elected by the community each year at the annual meeting (which is held in October). Vacant positions (if available) are appointed by the Board.
